Kate was awesome! Right off the bat she was dedicated to helping my friend and I find our ideal place to rent. Very responsive, honest, helpful and most importantly- straight up with us. In the next couple years when I am ready to buy a house if in Austin I would absolutely hire Kate and if not in Austin, would definitely seek a realtor out like her!
