Kate just helped us close on a house this Monday after a two month search and there is nothing I can write that will adequately express how great the experience was. Although my husband and I initially worked with Henry, who’s awesome, we ended up doing most of our work with Kate. Kate is super cool-someone who is so fun to be around that it made house hunting even more fun. I’m also very anti-fake salespeople and I appreciate how genuine and non-pushy Kate was. What she told us was “I’m not going to pressure you one way or the other, when you find the house you love you’ll know.” As first-time homebuyers we couldn’t have asked for a better and more trustworthy person to work with. Even better-Kate got us a few thousand off the purchase price and the sellers to pay the closing costs-on a house that was 3 days on the market! If that’s not epic I don’t know what is. In sum, if you are looking for a home and don’t go to Kate you are just dumb.
